Despite her past, Sugars is friendly and easy to handle. She seems fine with other dogs. Aside from some obvious grooming she is healthy and ready to begin the next chapter of her life. Microchip noted on Intake? yes; History : stray; Subjective: BAR,hydrated Observed Behavior - very friendly, easily examined and treated with minimal restraint. Objective P =120 R =wnl BCS: 4/9; EENT: NSOU, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted; Oral Exam: mild tartar; PLN: No enlargements noted; H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic; ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated; U/G: male castrated; MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, matted hair coat; CNS: Mentation appropriate - no signs of neurologic abnormalities.; Assessment: in apparent good health; Prognosis: good
